  1.恒溫恒濕機(ji)(ji)組(zu)之控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統:控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統是(shi)綜合試(shi)(shi)驗箱(xiang)的(de)核心,它決(jue)定了試(shi)(shi)驗機(ji)(ji)的(de)升溫速率,精(jing)度等重要指標。現(xian)在(zai)試(shi)(shi)驗機(ji)(ji)的(de)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器大(da)都采(cai)用(yong)PID控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),也有少部分采(cai)用(yong)PID與模糊控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)相組(zu)合的(de)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)方式(shi)。由于控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統基本上屬于軟件的(de)范疇(chou),而且此部分在(zai)使(shi)用(yong)過程中,一般不(bu)會出(chu)現(xian)問題。

  3.恒(heng)溫恒(heng)濕機(ji)(ji)組之加熱系(xi)統:加熱系(xi)統相對制冷系(xi)統而言,是比較(jiao)(jiao)簡(jian)單(dan)。它主(zhu)要有大功率(lv)電(dian)阻絲組成(cheng),由于試驗要求的升溫速率(lv)較(jiao)(jiao)大,因此加熱系(xi)統功率(lv)都比較(jiao)(jiao)大,而且在試驗機(ji)(ji)的底板(ban)也設有加熱器。

  4.恒(heng)溫恒(heng)濕(shi)(shi)機(ji)組之濕(shi)(shi)度系(xi)統:溫度系(xi)統分為加濕(shi)(shi)和除濕(shi)(shi)兩個子系(xi)統。
